•  For undergraduate and graduate students who register before 4/1, registration includes Saturday night hotel accommodations, based on quad occupancy.  Reservations will be made for you.

• For all other participants (including high school students and chaperones), you are responsible for your own hotel accommodations.  We are holding a block of rooms at a discount rate.  Indicate that you want a room on the registration form and we will contact you with your reservation information.
  

 Meals:       Lunch and Dinner on April 14
                  Breakfast and Lunch on April 15
Meals are provided at no charge to registered participants.




Travel:           Participants are responsible for their own travel.
