The old city, looking east from near my hostel.
A short bus ride and an hour train ride later, and I was in Salzburg. Following the guidebook instructions I took an elevator up the inside of a clif to this vantage point. At about $3 round trip, it was the most expensive minute I've spent in an elevator. Salzburg 25 May 2004, 20:02 |
