Review of "When Push Comes to Shove"

Prof. Phenomenus invented a plutonium fuel that would take Bulk & Skull into space. Only problem is that if it spilled, it would destroy the world. I don't think hiding the plutonium fuel at the top of a skyscraper was such a good idea; underground would have been safer. Anyway, Astronema took advantage of the fact that the fuel was placed atop the skyscraper and decided to sent Elephantitan out to knock the building over.

Meanwhile, was forced to go on a date to prevent her diary and her identity as the Pink Ranger from being revealed to other people by some of her classmates. She handled the situation very well and even tried to help the person she was dating with escape the doomed skyscraper when they tried to enjoy lunch at the top. She nearly revealed her identity as the Pink Ranger when they were rescued just in time by Andros and Ashley, who used a new vehicle (Digitank) to go up the building. One thing that I thought interesting is that the Space Rangers seem to know when a new weapon, zord, or vehicle might be needed, and construct it in advance. The fact that the DigiTank hadn't even been tested before made things interesting by making us PR fans hope that the Rangers' new arsenal work right the first time.

Of course, Elephantitan manages to topple the building, but not before the plutonium was neutralized and the Rangers escape, along with Cassie's date. After the Rangers call on the Astro Megazord, the Rangers destroy Elephantitan easily. At the very end of the episode, I thought it was funny when Cassie forced Ashley to go on a double date with her new friends. By the way, Cassie did get her diary back, and her friends swore that they never looked at its contents.

The acting overall was really good, and the use of Megaranger footage was also pretty good. On a scale of 1 to 5, I give this episode a 4.
