It was great seeing the one & only Phantom Ranger assisting the Power Rangers for the first time after the Turbo Powers were destroyed. It was also nice to see some old enemies, such as Divatox, again. The writers of the episodes certainly did not forget about Zordon -- we saw Zordon being held captive on Herculeron for a little while before Divatox had him moved to a different location in the universe. And for the second time, "Phanty" helped the Rangers gain another zord -- this time, the Delta Megazord. The Phantom Ranger truly is a big help to the Power Ranger whenever they need him. When the Rangers had to fight a monster in that episode, the Astro Megazord was not strong enough, but with Phanty's disc, Andros was able to locate & activate the Delta Megazord. With two Megazords, the Power Rangers eventually defeated the monster. Overall, I give this episode a 5.
