It was nice to see Justin again in a Power Rangers episode. In the episode where we last saw him, the Turbo Powers were destroyed. Or so it seemed. Justin found a Turbo Morpher inside Star Blaster & was able to morph into the Blue Turbo Ranger once again, this time to help his friends, who are Space Rangers. How Justin was able to morph again after Divatox destroyed the Power Chamber in the last ep of "Power Rangers Turbo" is a mystery, but I believe that a spare Turbo Power supply is hidden inside Star Blaster, possibly installed by Zordon in case Divatox succeeded in destroying the Power Chamber. Unfortunately, we may never know the true answer to the question of how Justin was able to morph again. But it was cool seeing him again in a Blue Turbo Ranger costume. And his acting is still superb. Plus, it was clear that Saban did not forget to resolve the question of what happened to Star Blaster & Lightning Cruiser after the end of PRT.
My rating: 4.5 out of 5. (0.5 point deducted since there is no definite answer as to how Justin could morph again. Everything else in this ep was fine.)
