THE WHEEL (inspired by Robert Jordon's Wheel of Time) Therian eases down to sitting position, striking a few stray tuning chords. Therian begins a soft melody. Therian removes his harp from his cloak and settles it into his lap. Therian begins the song slowly, but the tempo rises as the Gleeman becomes one with his harp. The world weaves around the Wheel Tinker's wool and blacksmith steel They work, they slave, they sweat and shout But dancing's what this nights about! Therian's moodlifting music dances through the air, his words lighting an urge to dance. In Illian they Hunt the Horn Dockers, merchants, become the sworn Their word to blood and life so dear But dancing's what we're doing here! And Tanchico, Illuminator lights That flash and fill the darkest nights In the shadows the thundrous ring But now we dance, and sing, and swing! Therian laughs, his eyes dancing during the short musical interlude. At borderlands they fight the War Swinging swords and making lore But who cares for such, their armour bright Lets dance all through this lively night! Therian prepares for his grand finale. So swing around and clap a hand Ignore the Darkness of the Land Sing your voices loud and clear Dancing's what we hold most dear! Therian's song fades, replaced by a wavering silence. Therian tucks his harp away, the vibrating strings silenced beneath the folds of his cloak.
