Aengvold is a dark fantasy MUD, devoted to providing players with two unique features that no other MUD can offer:

• A world that is completely modifiable. Players can cut down forests, strip mine mountains, and build entire cities. There are no limits except for the total amount of raw materials in the world.
  
  
• A world that is run by the players. The King, Sultan, and Emperor are all players, as are his most trusted nobility and advisors. It is up to the players to make decisions and set policy for their people, especially in light of the resurgance of the Others, the Animals that Walk.
