In CS, we start counting at 0. The first non-negative number is 0.
When asked to choose the lowest number, it is usually 0.
Plot" means to use a computer to draw a graph. It does not mean give
a table of values, hand sketch something that looks like a graph, or
anything else.
Students should not cut corners. Show the work, get the credit. When
students cut corners by coming up with some nice short and cryptic way of
representing something, Im not always sure what they mean.
Label things like graphs, axes, rows and columns in tables, units, etc.
IP uses packets, ATM uses cells. Big difference, especially in the
size of the payload.
The answer key isnt always right...
