WebPage Info

As you can see from my Home Page Index I've gone through a number of webpages in the past four years or so. I wrote version 1, or Mach 0, in 1996 during my enrollment in two computer science courses at Christopher Newport University. Mach 1 came about as a more formal attempt after I gained a bit more experience in the world of html. Mach 2 and Mach 3 are both scratch work I put together my first few years at Harvey Mudd College. Mainly, they we're efforts to organize things I'd done and group all my photos together, as well as display lots of random java applets and various web page work for some of my classes. I don't know what exactly I'm doing with C but I'm bored this winter vacation, lost in New Mexico away from anybody I know except my cat who sleeps a bit too much for my taste. Any java, webalive, whatever-script fanatics out there, you probably won't be very happy with these pages. Aside from using tables extensively, I tried to keep it all simple, with a minimum of images and fancy decoration. A couple of places I degrade image quality in the interests of down-loadability when it didn't make much difference on my monitor. Hopefully no one will mind. Anyway, the current date is Winter 2000, so no guarantees if you're looking at this webpage here and now, during construction, or in a few years after time and need break down my vision of a logical structure. Enjoy!
Hmm. Its March 2002. Some things have changed. I'm alive still, and I'm thinking about updating this webpage a little bit. A number of the links have shifted around and some may not work anymore. In fact, the whole webpage isn't where its supposed to be! It used to be on my linux box, Thunder, and this is just a mirror I copied over to Turing, the primary cs computer at Harvey Mudd. At some point in time I'll figure out a better place to put it. Until then ...
